Boat/RV/Industrial Heaters
Xtreme Heaters warranties your bilge/compartment heater to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use and service by the original consumer for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty does not apply if the heater has been damaged by accident, improper installation, unreasonable use, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or other causes not originating from defects in materials and craftsmanship.
Xtreme Cabin Heater
Xtreme Heaters warranties your Xtreme Cabin/RV heater to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use and service by the original consumer for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This limited warranty does not apply if the heater has been damaged by accident, improper installation, unreasonable use, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or other causes not originating from defects in materials and craftsmanship.
The obligation of Xtreme Heaters under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement at Xtreme Heater’s discretion, any part or component thereof, which examination discloses to our satisfaction to have been nonconforming or defective. Xtreme Heaters, after establishing customer’s purchase date and determining problem to be under warranty, will repair the product at our facility. Transportation charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The foregoing warranty and conditions shall apply to any repaired or replaced products, part or component supplied by Xtreme Heaters. Xtreme Heaters shall in no event be liable to BUYER for any incidental or consequential damages, or loss of use, or other losses, however occasioned.
Xtreme Heaters makes no warranties, expressed or implied after the stated warranty period of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
To send a product in for warranty repair, please visit https://www.xtremeheaters.com/pages/returns-form prior to returning product. Fill out the form and include a copy in the box with the product being returned. Please make all returns to Xtreme Heaters using the address on the form. Our retailers do not handle warrant work or defective heaters.
You can submit your warranty information by visiting the Xtreme Heaters website and navigating to the warranty registration page. Alternatively, if your product manual includes a warranty card, you can fill it out and mail it to the address provided in the manual. Make sure to complete the registration process soon after your purchase to ensure your coverage is activated.
