We try and get all orders out as soon as possible! There are some unexpected shipping delays due to Covid-19, but at the latest, your order will be shipped with one week of it being processed, if not sooner.
If your product becomes defective within the first two year (730 days) of the invoice date, you may return it for repair/exchange only.
Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department at email@example.com within 30 days of your invoice and we will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, the RMA number is only good for 12 days from the date of issue.
Defective items may be returned for repair or a same-item exchange only at our discretion.
All items must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be in “as-new” condition, in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
Xtreme Heaters will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provide technical specifications and part number information so that you can make an educated buying decision.
For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Damaged Products: If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also complete our RMA Form for reporting shipment discrepancies (call 1-877-360-4328 to request a form).
