We try and get all orders out as soon as possible! In most cases, your shipment will be completed within one business day. There will be exceptions to this that include weekends, holidays, hazardous weather events and issues with shipping companies that are out of our control.
If your product becomes defective within the first two year (730 days) of the invoice date, you may return it for repair/exchange only.
Unless otherwise specified at the time of the order, Xtreme Heaters will ship your purchase using the most economical rate/carrier.
Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your invoice, with this form filled out, and we will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, the RMA number is only good for 12 days from the date of issue.
Returns that are not pre-authorized will not be accepted.
Defective items may be returned for repair or a same-item exchange only at our discretion on a case by case basis.
If we agree to a return, all items must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be in “as-new” condition, in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied to returns we agree to accept in advance.
Xtreme Heaters will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provide technical specifications and part number information as well as responsive telephone, email and chat support before the sale so that you can make an educated buying decision.
For any outbound shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Orders over $400 will be shipped signature required.
Damaged Products: If your product has been damaged in shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please contact us by email email@example.com. You may also complete our RMA Form for reporting shipment discrepancies (call 1-877-360-4328 to request a form).
