I recently purchased one of your heaters for my 32′ Tiara and although reasonably pleased, I had some concerns about the operation of the heater.
When I called your company number, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was speaking to the president of the company. I explained my concerns and Steve, the president, immediately told me that I had an older unit that was no longer manufactured. Steve then asked me if I would be willing to exchange my unit for a brand new one.
Of Course I would was my response. As quickly as I could send my heater to Steve, he sent a new one to me. I think the two units passed each other in the Atlanta airport. I could not be more satisfied with my new heater or with the fantastic customer service. That is the way to run a company.
