No more winterizing worries!
My current boat is a Cigarette Cafe Racer. We have had an extremely cold winter with temps at or below zero almost every night. I keep my boat in an uninsulated pole barn. I winterize by running 6 gallons of pink antifreeze through each sea-strainer. I am always worrried about trapped water in a cavity inside the block. No worries now!
No fear of explosion due to fuel vapors igniting with your ignition protected units
Steve, we really like the heaters, they will provide a great way to keep our engine rooms from sweating down here in north central Florida where we see many nights drop down into the 30s and then warm up in the days to the 80s.Your heaters will keep our engines looking great for years to come because no condensation means no water spots or rust. Best of all no fear of explosion due to fuel vapors igniting with your ignition protected units.
Thanks again, Capt. Bryce Jemison
The Ignition protected feature gives me peace of mind
I really like how compact and light weight your [Xtreme] Heaters are. The fact that they are ignition protected gives me peace of mind while it is stored.
The Quick Release Bracket Mount makes life really easy!
I really like the optional "quick release bracket mount" this makes it easy to take the unit out before we use our boat and just as easy to put back in to protect it on those cool nights.
The Xtreme Heater worked it's magic for the second winter in a row.
Dear Steve...I wanted to send you a few pictures of the my boat. I moved it to Colorado two years ago from sunny California and was immediately concerned about winter storage. Tha boat is kept in an indoor storage facility which has 110v outlets but no heat. Since it has two motors, winterizing it is a pain. I decided to try your larger Xtreme heater. I followed the directions and pointed the fan area toward the transom and just plugged it in. The temps in this part of Colorado get down below 0 degrees regularly so I blocked all air inlets, taped over water inlets and covered the exhaust and drives.
