A marine retail store, service center, or marine supply catalog
business. |

A maintained retail display area for parts and accessories |

Regular business hours |

To assist us in processing your application, the following items are required:

Your completed dealer application (see Dealer Application Page). |

Your completed state tax resale certificate (Part of Dealer Application). |
| |
A phone directory listing, Letterhead ,or a copy of your business listing. |
| |
If the bank release (Part of Dealer Application) is not received the account
will be coded Credit Card or Certified Funds only. |

A copy of your business license, if applicable. |
